The Company provides OEM manufacturing of premium curry pastes and seasonings under the following conditions:
Payment terms are as specified in the quotation — typically 50% deposit before production begins and the balance before delivery.
Jointly developed recipes and processes are co-owned as specified in the contract. Confidential business information must not be disclosed to third parties.
The Company guarantees that all products have passed quality checks. If defects are found, the Company will take corrective action per the agreed process.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages or losses arising from use of the products, beyond the value of delivered goods.
These Terms are governed by Thai law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
